A broad selection of Local Oceanwise Seafood, from Sawmill Bay Oysters, Pacific Dungeness Crab, Salt Spring Mussels and Clams, House cured fish, and a wide variety of Sushi, Sashimi and Ceviche to whole roasted Sea Bass, Macadamia Crusted Ling Cod and a Local Seafood Bouillabaisse. We have also included the Traditional Turkey Dinner with Pineapple Mustard Glazed Ham, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Maple Bacon Stuffing, Seasonal Market Vegetables and Cranberry Mostarda, as well as an extensive range of local cheese, charcuterie and seasonal salads. Our Pastry Team will showcase house made confections from, Pumpkin Spiced Cheesecake, White Chocolate Trifles and Maple walnut Éclairs to Chocolate Fondue with all the fixings.

From housemade bacon, sausages and ala minute Eggs Benedicts, to a candied ham carvery with roasted squash soup and panzanella salad. Alternatively you can indulge in a full Christmas Lunch with Roasted Turkey Breast, Confit Turkey Legs, Maple Bacon Brioche Stuffing and Crispy Brussel Sprouts. All capped off with Housemade Pastries, Warm Fresh Doughnuts and Dueling Chocolate Fountains.
4:00pm - 9:30pm
A traditional Christmas Dinner with our Prime Rib Carvery Station as the star of the show, also including Pinapple Mustard Glazed Ham and Whole Roasted Turkey with Maple Bacon Stuffing. This farm to table themed buffet will feature local cheese and charcuterie, House-cured Salmon, Halibut and Sablefish, a West Coast Seafood Boil and a variety of salads highlighting the best of BC`s local winter produce. On the sweet side you will have abundant choices of cake pops, eclairs and christmas cookies, and for the sweetest tooth, White and Dark Chocolate Fondue Fountains

We are excited to announce that we will be holding a winemakers dinner on Dec 4th in partnership with Clos du Soleil Wines. This fabulous event will include a reception, 5 course dinner and 6 wine pairings.
