Run, Salmon, Run!

Our neighbours in Kamloops are on speed dial as millions of sockeye salmon are making their way back to the gravel beds of the Adams River. Every four years is known as a dominant salmon run, where instead of thousands of fish returning, the waters turn red with millions of fish travelling back to the river during the months of September and October. This Ocean-wise fish is known for its richness, moisture, high quality, and it has everyone talking – and eating!
