Chef`s Tables | capacity 15

ORU features two Chef’s Tables providing you with an interactive dining experience. Welcomed by the Chef, you are invited to make any special dining requests. Choose from the menu or allow the kitchen to provide a variety of dishes for you to sample. In true Chef`s Table style, the dishes are meant to be shared family style and can be paired with beer, wine or sake by our Sommelier.

Private Wine Room | capacity 14

Nestled beside ORU`s extensive wine cellar sits the exclusive Private Wine Room. This 210 square foot private area boasts a wall art installation by Douglas Coupland and a beautifully crafted long marble table that seats up to 14 guests. With glass sliding walls dividing this space from the restaurant, the Wine Room is the perfect setting for an intimate dining experience.

Private Dining Room | capacity 35

From private parties and business lunches to corporate dinners, ORU`s Private Dining Room offers the perfect setting. Spectacular North-facing views of the mountains, Coal Harbour and Stanley Park, with hand-crafted sliding tinted glass doors allowing for optimal privacy and exclusivity for up to 35 seated guests.

ORU is a sweeping expanse of floor to ceiling windows offering unparalleled views of the North Shore Mountains, Coal Harbour and Stanley Park. The perfect setting for your next reception, corporate dinner, birthday celebration, Christmas party, or wedding reception - our creative team will work with you to design a unique and customized event that will exceed your expectations.

Sky Bar | capacity 30 - 80

Overlooking the bustling Lobby Lounge is the Skybar, located on the second floor adjacent to the sweeping Fairmont Pacific Rim marble staircase and ORU Restaurant. Private birthday parties, cocktail receptions, or launch parties are ideal for this unique setting which can accommodate cocktails, passed canapés and Chef action stations for up to 80 guests.
