The ORU team has developed a culinary journey with the menu, offering an abundance of flavours ranging from the French Polynesian Islands to British Columbia’s coast, and all the way down the southern regions of Chile.


Throughout the menu, the culinary team focus on food of the Pacific Northwest and incorporate flavours from the Pacific Rim. 


ORU is a proud member of the Vancouver Aquarium`s Ocean Wise Program, and whenever possible, ensures all ingredients are locally sourced and sustainably harvested.
